Bentleys Manufacturing produces and installs the highest quality bespoke furniture and joinery as part of Bentleys' on site Shopfitting.

In addition pre-finished joinery products for other contractors can be manufactured either on a supply only basis or providing an installation service when required.

The 45,000 sq ft facility includes:

• A setting out department
• Bench shop
• State of the art machine shop
• Volume production area
• Spray finishing department
• Solid Surface Facilities

The experienced and precise setting out team carryout detailed surveys prior to producing setting out drawings using the latest CAD technology. This dedicated team will not compromise on the time needed to resolve all conflicts between aesthetics and buildability, ensuring the end product satisfies your expectations.

Bentleys Manufacturing has a reputation for pride and creativity in the ability to produce virtually any timber product. Staff loyalty is high in this division, with skills, excellence and experience retained and passed onto apprentices as part of the Bentleys "growing our own" scheme.

Significant investment in computer numeric controlled (CNC) machinery has increased production capacity and subsequently resulted in cost savings we can pass on to you. CNC machinery gives an extremely accurate finish, achieving complex and curved shapes, quickly and competitively.

A modern fleet of vans allow a safe and speedy delivery of goods to site to meet with project timescales.

Having an in-house workshop allows a response to any design changes and complete control over quality standards.
