The Balmoral Hotel, Edinburgh

The Balmoral Hotel is a listed building situated adjacent to Waverly Station on the corner of Princes Street and North Bridge, Edinburgh.
We have partnered with Rocco Forte on many projects at both The Balmoral, Edinburgh and Brown’s Hotel, London.
The project featured is Phase 2 of the Bedroom Upgrade Programme carried out within a live hotel environment.
Structural works included the formation of IVS areas within bedrooms by slapping new door openings to corridor, forming new partitions and building up of existing entrance doors. Also the creation of a Presidential Suite which can be subdivided and let on a sectional basis.
Interior Works including plaster cornices and joiner finishes were extended both within rooms and corridors to match existing. Work also included rewiring, full decoration and new carpeting.
Works included bespoke manufacture of wardrobes to suit a variety of room types and sizes. Bentley’s also designed, manufactured and installed individual items of furniture such as desks, credenzas, bookcases and ornamental plinths which are contained within bedrooms and suites.
